Blog Roll

You may notice that I have updated my Blog Roll to the right. In adding some of the new blogs that I have happened upon, and now read religiously, I realized that my interest seems to trend toward parenting blogs. I especially love those parents who write intelligently about the interrelationships between their kids, their daily lives and the world that is going on around them.

My title, "Cool Mommy (and Daddy) Blogs" could not be more appropriate. Each of these parents is in a unique situation of some sort - there is one couple that has just adopted two sweet babies from Ethiopia, one family that is living life with a growing micro-preemie, I have a stay-at-home dad and a New York Fashion Designer dad, a few moms that have dealt with infertility, a few moms with multiples, etc., etc.

I am continually amazed by the strength and humor of these people whom I have never met. Almost all of them are the kind of people that I would like to be friends with - and in a strange way, I do consider them to be my friends. Mostly, I enjoy sharing this journey of parenthood with them. If you are looking for some inspiration or just a laugh or two, check them out.
