So... wow. I have been off work for a week and a half. Besides Granny's surgery and spending some time at the hospital, Mark and I have tried to keep our time off fairly low key. We had lots of time with Milo, we ran plenty of errands, finally watched a movie this Saturday and oh yeah, I read 4 books. I started a new book series on Christmas Eve (thanks to my friend Maryann) and had a book glued to my hand pretty much my whole time off. Before my vacation I thought that I would blog every day since I would have so much free time but why blog when you can read a good vampire novel?!
The days flew by and I am back at work refreshed and renewed today. It is a big week. I am closing down my current office as the management assignment will transfer on Friday. After that I will likely be working out of the corporate office for awhile. It was kind of fun knowing that the beginning of the new decade is really bringing some big changes. I can't wait!
