When I had to reorder checks recently I found a series of checks with DC Universe Superheroes on them - you know, Superman, Batman, The Green Lantern, The Flash, Wonder Woman. I ordered them because I really love most of these figures and watch the cartoons, etc. I enjoy the stories themselves and also the back stories about how the characters were developed within society at the time that they came around. It is always an interesting social commentary.
Anyway, I thought I was terribly clever and enjoyed my checks tremendously... until I had to write a check for a work situation. So far I have now had to write two work checks - one was for an industry membership. Nice, huh? At least I have Wonder Woman to fall back on!
