Speaking of sleeping, it reminds me of a cute story from this weekend... Milo and I went to Childress to visit Dad and the rest of "the Fam" on Thursday of last week. All of the boys (Griffin, Brooks and Milo) really enjoy being out at Dad's. They get to run around, get dirty and take lots of rides on the riding mower. Is that little boy heaven or what? Anyway, Griffin was helping me put Milo down for a nap one afternoon and, since I had forgotten Milo's books, Griffin sang his nightie-night song for Milo to help him go to sleep. Such a sweet boy!
It is so much fun to watch Griffin and Brooks grow up and develop into such wonderful little boys. I have always cherished my relationship with Griffin since I have gotten to spend a little more time with him and he is the first person that I have been able to watch grow up. I love that he is really starting to think about things - even when it means he is being a stinker! Brooks and I had some fun times this weekend too. When that little man smiles he truly lights up the room. My favorite memory of Brooks this weekend is going to look for him in Dad's shop and finding him in the back on a exercise machine (kind of like a Gazelle) just going to town. That kid is fearless!
I am so excited that Sarah and Greg are expecting another member of the family. Check out their blog to the right (The Jones Family) for all of the details. Whether it is another little boy to add to our growing sports "team" or a sweet little girl to balance all of boys I can't wait to meet our precious new family member.

Thank you for the sweet words, Sister! It's nice to read good things about your kids from some one else's perspective. They have been quite the stinkers lately, so I think I need to be reminded of their sweetness.
It was great spending time with you this weekend. Can't wait to do it again soon!
