We are definitely still working on our schedule but things in general are going well. He is able to stay awake a little longer now rather than just eating and sleeping so we get to enjoy his bright and shiny face more often. Also, most nights he will sleep a good 4 to 5 hours a night and there have been a few really lucky nights when he has gone almost 6 hours. He will make eye contact for longer now and he still loves to cuddle on anyone's chest (that is his favorite position).
Milo met his next door neighbor friend yesterday afternoon. Our neighbors have a baby named Cameron that is 7 weeks old this week. It was really nice to talk to his mom, Veronica. It made me appreciate Milo's occassional fussines for what it is. Veronica has had a ton of trouble with Cameron. It sounds like he was pretty much inconsolable his first 4 weeks of life and it turned out that he had acid reflux. He would cry all the time and would only sleep for short bouts. Even though Milo has had some grouchy days it is nothing compared to what she has been through. Talking with her definitely made me realize how fortunate we are! Also, I hesitate to say this but the last few days have been a lot better. I am knocking on wood right now!
Anyway, I am attaching some recent pictures for your enjoyment plus the link to Sarah's photo site so you can see some of the hospital pictures she took. She has also just posted some of the shots from our photo shoots at the house. I know we have said it before but she is awesome!
